Payments
Major debit/credit cards, cash payments and bank transfers are accepted. Personal cheques or currencies are not accepted.

Reservations, Cancellations, No shows
Credit/Debit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit/debit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.
• All reservations require a hundred percent (100%) prepayment.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will have no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 13 days prior to arrival will be charged with one night’s accommodation fees.
• If the reservation is made within 7 days of arrival, a full non-refundable payment is required.
• For ‘no shows’ the full amount will be payable.
• In cases of multiple modifications/cancellations on a reservation, the hotel may ask for 100% prepayment of the total reservation value and then issue a voucher equal to the value paid which will be valid for the next 3 months.
• The hotel reserves its right to decline:
   a. A modification on existing reservation
   b. A refund on cancellation
