Credit/Debit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit/debit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.

  1. All reservations require a twenty percent (20%) deposit.
  2. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will have no charge
  3. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged with one night’s accommodation fees.
  4. If the reservation is made within 3 days of arrival, a full non-refundable payment is required.
  5. For ‘no shows’ the full amount will be payable.
